1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Bold Logo Designs for any design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Bold Logo Designs provides professional graphic design services including but not limited to: logo design, brand identity, website design, mobile app UI/UX design, and digital asset creation. All services are provided on a project basis as agreed in writing.
3. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery of files. We accept major credit cards, bank transfer, and PayPal. Prices are in USD and are non-negotiable unless agreed in writing.
4. Revisions
The number of revisions included varies by package as outlined on our Pricing page. Revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at an hourly rate. Revisions must be submitted within 14 days of receiving initial concepts. After 14 days, the project is considered complete.
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of final payment, you receive full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the final approved designs. Bold Logo Designs retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing. Initial concepts that are not selected remain the property of Bold Logo Designs.
6. Refund Policy
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you are not satisfied after the full revision process, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Bold Logo Designs. No refunds will be issued after final files have been delivered.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to complete your project, provide feedback in a timely manner, and pay all fees as agreed. Delays caused by late feedback or missing information are not the responsibility of Bold Logo Designs.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bold Logo Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
